File a report

Submit a lost or found ID report. Full ID numbers are never requested or stored — only what is required to match safely.

02 — Scan

AI extracts and blurs

Our OCR engine reads the name and ID type. Sensitive fields are automatically blurred before any storage occurs.

03 — Match

Intelligent matching

Name, ID type, location, and date are cross-referenced using fuzzy algorithms producing a 0–100 confidence score.

04 — Verify

Secure handoff

The claimant passes a security challenge. Both parties are notified. Pickup is arranged safely. Case closed.
